1.  ACCOUNT ACCESS:  You can access your account 24/7 via your billing portal. Simply visit, titanhostings.com, select Account in the top right hand corner, and Login.  The login credentials are your email address and the password that you created.  Please use the forgot password option if you have forgotten your login credentials.  You may also change your password for the flame app on your Firestick in this portal also.

 

2.  EARLY EXPIRE:  Many of you have experienced your service expiring prematurely.  This issue is due to PayPals’ policy on automatic payments.  They only process payments on the same day that you initiate service.  Your FlameTv service is good for 30 days; therefore causing your service to expire a day early during the months that have 31 days.  Remember, this will cause you to expire a day early every other month.  You may choose to make an additional payment which will serve as a credit.  The credit will essentially place your account a month ahead to eliminate the early expiration. 

 

3.  TROUBLESHOOTING:  We have received several email regarding issues with service and the issue has been customer error.  Please remember to troubleshoot your device prior to submitting a ticket.  Try installing the app and reinstalling it, try clearing the data and cache, try double checking your credentials, etc.  We don’t mid assisting but we ask that you try on your end first.

 

4.  SUPPORT TICKETS:  Support Tickets are answered within 24 hours.  Please do not submit multiple tickets back to back.  Multiple tickets will only push your ticket to the back of the list.  Also, please be kind to our support staff. 

 

 

5. KNOWLEDGEBASE: Knowledgebase will now include all Important Information. Any information regarding internet updates, installation instructions, and pertinent information will be posted here.

6.  BILLING:  All accounts are on automatic payments through PayPal. As stated on your invoice, do not make a manual payment as this will cause duplicate payments. The duplicate payment will be reflected as a credit.  You automatic payments will not stop or change.  Please ensure that funds are available on your scheduled posting date. If funds are not available on the scheduled date, PayPal will automatically retry the payment two times.  This is a PayPal policy and we have no control over it!  WE CAN NOT CHARGE YOU WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL.
